If you are planning a trip to India, I recommend visiting the village of Hampi. Hampi is located in the middle of the ruins of Vijayanagara. I will say right away that we did not go there on our own, but with a 2-day excursion - and we did not regret it. Our acquaintance with Hampi began with the Vitthala Temple. This temple is currently designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. The entrance to the territory is through massive ritual temple gates with a gate tower, behind the gate there is one courtyard, where several sanctuaries are located
