just ordered the v4 big one a few min ago, the mini looks so rad (25 watts.. so good for offgrid setups) but the range on the wifi included doesnt make sense.  You kind of have to be very close to the dish placement and that sometimes isnt ideal.

I was renting Starlink for 10euro per month, i think it is great option to try and decide about the purchase or just keep renting. They are also selling refurbished versions by 50% and those variant working well. Are you sure that you have to stay close to the dish, but not to the router for wifi connection?
