Great post! I think there will be a long tail of sub $10m ARR web2 companies looking for web3 GTM strategy and distribution will go product-first then launch. A lot will not be in the tech space

zooming out one step further i see this as the timeless "start a cult" startup advice but a specific version where loyalty comes from bonding over a shared joke + $$$⬆️. I know some early $TSLA investors who live and die by the brand last few years for same reason. i'm excited to see what happens next!
