however, re: usa manufacturing

it feels like having allowed the now out-sourced monoliths to become near monopolies is the earlier problem 

out source manufacturing all you want but the decimation of small businesses (from a plethora of justified reasons) is part of the market problem at large 

the balancing answer at one time would be capital redistribution & working class bull market 

now consumers have little alternatives in a macroeconomic-adjustment manner
