love this essay, but this statement feels off

higher is the meme and that remains unchanged

higher network is the network that's been built up around the meme

all the amazing stuff that's been built by the network leads back to the meme

a disagreement of opinion that doesn't really feel like it needs to meet consensus. they shouldn't get in the way of each other imo
