Something simple preserving Landon with some type of animation. Not sure what the animation should be yet. Do you have any suggestion or thoughts? These type of things are not my specialty.

Depends on what you want to do. Do you want to preserve current art and animated, do a different style with same traits, turn to 2d vtube style, use AI? Lots of options with varying results and different difficulties to create.
