That looks delicious. What type of bread is that? That’s a serious question. I’ve been using 12 grain bread for mine and it takes it to another level. Where I live they call it toasted cheese. The first time I ordered one for lunch at a diner they were confused.

The bread comes from a sour dough bakery. It’s a multigrain sandwich sourdough. Seeds are all over the outside and inside. Wait…they call it toasted cheese south of me?!
