gm pm I’ve usually put in a couple minutes of time at least before I post in this channel each morning. But today we’re just gonna wing it. See I had a horrible night sleep again with another migraine, and gave me a super slow start. Notifs still pending no time to vibe 💔🧘‍♀️📲 The good news is Advil works. Now I have a couple errands to run and then I’m 🤞🏼going to try to trade my car in for a newer version. Stick around, I’ll be on the purple app as often as possible today 💜😘

My wife has suffered w/migraines (triggers: nuts, chocolate, lack of sleep, etc.) her whole life which she inherited from her mom. She tried everything but eventually began living a life of fear from anything that could trigger it. She eventually found Ubrelvy a prescript med. It works wonders for her. She is a nurse pract in women’s health so this recommendation isn’t coming from the back of a cereal box! 😆The side effects are minimal and it has helped her lead a more normal life. Not sure how bad your migraines get but this could be an option if they affect your life like it did my wife. Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for this information, I have heard that drug works really well. I have slightly different migraines than the traditional. I have a loose bone in my neck that pop out and sits on a nerve. When that happens, the muscles swell up and unfortunately hold it keeping the pain intact. Sadly, migraine medication doesn’t work for occipital nerve migraines. I used Advil, ice and Tiger balm, it took a day and a half but I am feeling much better. Not perfect, but really hoping to keep it releasing. 🍖 x100 for being a helper in the world 💜😊💫
