My recent trip to Maine has taught me that all people need a time for peace in their minds. Too many of us get caught up in the rat race of life and the constant worry of others. Without caring for one's mental health and peace, one can not help others. Find a place to experience peace and visit it as much as possible! I wish all of you a great day.
