Ideally I keep to sources that have stood the test of time. If they're new, they need highly respected recommendations. That's the theory.

As with normal dieting, being picky with food, paying attention to how it is prepared and where it is served. Food you hunt and prepare yourself is more than likely better than prepared.

Take time to walk in the park, talk to friends, dance. Then give myself alone time to think nothing or revisit my principles. Do that regularly and I become sensitive when information isn’t the path I want to be on. Continuously thinking about truth
