It’s not one AI replacing one person (assistant). 

It’s one human using AI replacing many assistants.

True yet seems more ideology than reality. It’s like education. The best education for a child is 1:1 but after thousands of years the best we’ve got is 30:1 or 10:1, and if you got it, 2:1.
