But what if it wasn't? Our thought behind our podcast was to interview early builders in the moment when the challenges were fresh in their minds. Not a retrospective. Not tainted by success. There's just as much to learn from the process as the end result.

I agree with this and would take it a step further. What I am trying imply in my cast is not possible without people like you creating the snapshot of the process. And it’s main value is when it’s all aggregated together.

It does take vulnerability to put yourself out there, sharing mistakes and what you might have gotten wrong. Our vision hasn't come to life yet but the idea is to aggregrate these stories together in a media network owned by builders, telling it from your words and getting the distribution/visibility.
