There was a time when I would post stories on Farcaster pretending to be out at sea, like a captains log. Writing fictional stories about the huge transition my family was going through moving back to Miami because we were concerned with pregnancy complications.
Moving between states form Texas, abortion issues started to crop up, no home to go to because our house was rented, rented a friends back studio, never told family because it would be more a burden then anything, while navigating work, kids, love, and technology.
They were cool stories imo, this picture reminds me of the visuals I had pretending to be at sea. In hindsight, I think that was my escape, writing, pretending, interacting with FarCasting people. 1 reply
