Before, tourism was barely allowed. Not because of regulations or prevention. 

It was like an individual saying I want to travel to Americas and it’s circa 1600s.

Or an individual saying I want to walk to Spain from Italy circa 1700s.

Yeah they can try but they’d likely die. 

Atleast with software you would only die of starvation instead of physical dangers. 

But today, building software is like saying I want to travel anywhere.
