** A /higher Connection ** (my /firstdraft ) I've observed the /higher movement as a spectator. I love the concept & love the people. But I haven't been able to connect. I've suggested that the way the story is told is hard for outsiders to connect to. But some things changed this week. I answered a @jihad question about 'taking higher more seriously & aligning w/ it.' I got a lot of interaction. @clfx.eth asked for feedback on the new website & we engaged. @ripe asked about my response & we engaged. @saintless responded to my answer & we engaged. I got some clarity. The /higher story is about building a great network, intentionally ( @saintless ) & the value comes out of that network & how anyone can align their own interests w/ it. That's the most connected I've felt to /higher in concept & interaction. Alongside that, I received my first 2K $HIGHER for /firstdraft rewards in Feb. @clfx.eth sent a generous tip for our website convo. I feel like I have a /higher connection & want to explore.

You touch on a very important intangible idea wrt all problems great brands have to overcome. There is the origin story which holds the secrets, and the flash in the pan that holds the attention. Brands have to be good at both, continuously. Recreating the effect each time something becomes imbalanced.

yes, good point. Those two sides are hard to balance and keep alive. And then the two sides I tend to think about a lot are the insider/outsider story--or better how to tell the story for insiders and outsiders. I've bumped up against feeling like higher loves the insider story and the expense of the outsider. Vague, ethereal casts that don't make sense or say much unless you are already 'in'....made some progress on that for me, this week.
