Well I was honest with my boss today. He asked why I can’t seem to follow up after client meetings. My answer may resonate with my fellow ADHDers: “I only have two timelines. I can do it right now, or in a thousand years.” That’s it. It’s now or ”later”. Later = never most of the time.
