Do you run a lot?

That still burns you calories and increases your heart rate. Still counts if you have a tracker as proof

I used to go to the gym practically everyday for around 6 years straight. Stopped a few years ago due to work, life, etc. But have no intentions of being Schwarzenegger 😂 Si ply for health now

Actually no! I just play sports, mostly basketball and football, but I'm playing others aswell. Playing something instead of just running is more fun 😅
