I have the same FOOD issues my mother had all her life, but everything has happened earlier to me - even the diabetes π I am working on BETTER food habits: smaller servings, healthier food, eating every 4hrs, focusing on proteins (60g) + cutting processed food/carbs. Not an easy feat, but for the first time in years I have the tools and attitude to make the change. Today I had a version of this breakfast burrito, with a homemade cilantro lime dressing. Nutrition is essential! I usually have oats or wholegrain bread with peanut butter. I usually rotate too and have eggs instead of pb. The best breakfast I've ever had is overnight oats with fruit and chia seeds. Proper healthy packed with protein and healthy carbs 200 $DEGEN
