Don’t forget friends. The greatest warrior is never angry. I think a calm demeanour helps a lot with success throughout life. https://warpcast.com/thedude/0xf2c837e7

This is relevant to me as a parent right now. It takes years to get used to that and in a way, it's best to stay calm for the kids to learn too 183 $farther

Absolute facts. Teaching kids how to meditate and why to meditate helps a lot with this I think. Including breathing exercises too. You’re effectively teaching the kids how to stay calm, and more points if they see you doing it too

I have never considered meditation with my daughter around, as I know she will default to grabbing things in the room. Maybe when she's older like 5 years old

of course your results my vary depending on age lmao. This is one of my favourite childrens books written by non other than Alan Watts. It talks about themes like awareness, interconnectedness, and the importance of understanding one's place in the universe. It's beautifully illustrated and makes a great soft-introduction to stuff like Meditation. I have thought many of the children in my family how to meditate, I'll write a little write up for you, and explore avenues you can take, if that's something you would like!
