Proof of improv It's a kind of magic making a room full of people laugh for two hours by making stuff up on the spot https://warpcast.com/chriscocreated/0x674f4fb9

The bit I’m really good at is being relaxed with everyone in the room and whatever happens. And being authentic in the moment. I’m not that great a performer, or that ‘quick’. But being authentic and in the moment gets me a long way.

25 years. Started as a shy backstage kid. Started playing drama games. Semi seriously for 12 years. Part of a troupe for 6. And genuinely properly comfortable in what I’m doing for 1 year

The rewarding for committing to something! I’ve often thought I’d enjoy it but always been a bit shy with dramatics Don’t feel I have the time now but I should

I highly recommend. And suggest not thinking of it as dramatics. Rather as building spontaneity, play, resilience, and most of all the feeling that you are absolutely fine as you are wherever you are. Loads of good classes in london when you’ve got the time
