📖 Tools of Titans is one of the learning resources at NS. It stands out as a modern compendium of wisdom, much like the Stoic precepts—structured and actionable. At the same time, it’s a florilegium, curating insights from top performers. A mix of principles, tactics, and mindset shifts. Here’s what I already apply and what I want to refine. 👇

✅ Generosity as a strategy – Helping others without expecting immediate returns creates compounding value. ✅ Subconscious advantage – Letting ideas “rest” overnight unlocks deeper insights. ✅ Cultivating enthusiasm – Daily gratitude fuels momentum. ✅ Iteration mindset – More shots on goal = more opportunities for success. NS follows a test-and-iterate model.

⚡ Sharpening Focus, Amplifying Execution ⚡ I already applied “Hell Yes or No” for hiring decisions—now I’ll extend it to all decisions. 🔹 Set ridiculously tiny goals – Small wins build unstoppable momentum. 🔹 No-meeting deep work days – Protecting focus = exponential output. 🔹 Say no to distractions & energy drains – Prioritizing creative bandwidth. 🔹 Protect mental bandwidth – Cutting unnecessary obligations to sustain high-level thinking. My bottom line: Learn how to better say no to increase the power of every Hell Yes.
