It's common advice, but. — If you can't ship a new feature / product in less than one week : you're dead — If there are more talkers than doers on your startup : you're dead — If you don't get the right split between engineering & sales : you're dead

much easier said than done what is the right split between engineering & sales? imho at early stage they should be quite overlapping
