Irvine Marriott, Irvine California 7.5/10 Good, not great. Has everything that you need. But nothing fancy. Clean. Can get busy in the early AM. Some bonus points for also having an outdoor Pilates, yoga, and medicine ball area by the pool.

It looks like it has everything you need to work out, here's Marriott, but I haven't seen their workout facilities, just lounges and rooms.
