After seeing @betashop.eth’s  miso glazed salmon a few months ago I’ve wanted to make it.  

Here is my attempt at miso glazed salmon, Bok Choy and lotus root, and Chinese eggplant.

OMG that Salmon must be a delicacy, I love it, although I rarely eat it because in my country it is an expensive fish, but I must treat myself every now and then.
