The best builders I’ve worked with all had one underrated superpower: They could write. Their docs made strategy feel obvious, complex ideas feel simple, and next steps feel inevitable. ✅ Great writers → great builders ❌ Sloppy writers → sloppy thinking → chaotic execution But writing isn't cool. It’s hard. So instead, we get the blanket approach of “move fast, break things, pivot, iterate” — aka: wing it 🧚
