Cloudflare. Best pricing I think. The only issue is you can’t change name servers, but if that’s not an issue for you then go with Cloudflare! I also used iwantmyname (https://iwantmyname.com), and was recently looking at dnsimple (https://dnsimple.com) again, we used it at an old place of work.

Oh and Cloudflare’s email forwarding is really easy to setup and free and pretty useful.
