Coinbase has become the first CFTC-approved platform to offer 24/7 BTC and Ethereum futures trading, launching on May 9, breaking traditional market hour limitations. The service, supported by Nodal Clear and Virtu Financial, also plans to introduce regulated perpetual contracts for U.S. retail investors.
