The scalability of the second layer in Base is much higher than Ethereum; of course, the Base network also uses the Bedrock Optimization upgrade, which itself uses EIP4844. This proposal increases the block size and can reduce transaction fees by 10-100 times. So if all goes well, we will see the lowest fees on Base compared to other second layer networks.
