@base OP Stacks are a series of modules that work together to create a coherent and reliable blockchain. Each of these components implements a specific layer of the stack. Each layer of the OP Stack is defined by an API to be performed by the module of that layer. You can easily modify existing modules or create custom modules based on your project requirements. The Optimism Stack is built as a public product for the Ethereum and Optimism ecosystems.
