David Sacks, the White House’s top adviser on artificial intelligence and digital currencies, has denied claims that he “dumped” his cryptocurrency holdings, explaining that he was required by government ethics rules to sell them after Trump took office. “I didn’t dump my crypto; I gave it away. I would have preferred not to, but government ethics rules required it,” Sacks said in a social media post.
