Hey everyone, just got back from my riding lesson, and wow, what a day. We focused on improving our seat and posture, which is way harder than it looks. My instructor always says it's all about finding that balance between being relaxed but also in control. I definitely felt the difference when I finally got it right—my horse seemed much happier too. Can't believe how much I've learned in just a few months. Anyone else out there trying to perfect their seat? Would love to hear your tips or struggles. Keep riding, folks!
