6+ years of experience in product design
3+ years of experience designing consumer products
Must be physically located in the US or Canada; no exceptions

Curious why the physical location limitation?

Usually if you want a colocated team you need them in same city or general area. 

Can't be timezone either since most of Americas should work.

Employment contract and not contractors perhaps (thus needing US/Canada) ?
