what do you mean by an onchain app? rotki analyzes the chain but has no contracts. The closest smart contract language to python would be vyper.

In rust you use alloy - I can talk about it In js you use viem/ethers - I can talk about it In golang you use geth - I can talk about it In python you use ???? - I canāt talk about it Itās a clear missing piece in my prior art knowledge as a tool builder
