I know Kara means black since I am Greek and Kara in Karapetsas probably means black from Turkish and Skin from Greek.

And Tavuk I know from Tavukgöğsü a classic and quite special sweet dish coming from Istanbul. We have it in Thessaloniki (where I come from) too.

Haha yes. But i wouldnt say “special” for a desert made by chicken 😀. Tavukgöğsü is my type 😂
