It's quite interesting you can see who is staking from home by how badly their video call quality deteriorated after the fork. The increased bandwidth is yet another hit on the already disadvantaged home stakers.

At the moment almost no change in network bandwidth, here are charts https://ethpandaops.io/posts/dencun-fork-analysis/

The data there is flawed. Devs have also confirmed the increased bandwidth requirements multiple times.

Any data on this or just opinion? Why would bandwidth be increased if the data sent by users is the same, there is not much data overhead around blobs (maybe I'm wrong here).

Data sent is not the same naturally. Check other responses here or in Twitter for data/screenshots. And it's only logical. There is huge blobs of extra data in which people store even images.

I run multiple nodes for other people and there is a considerable increase in bandwidth in monitoring. Also check responses in this cast or in Twitter. It was expected to have increased bandwidth usage. But the actual increase is a lot more than most of us expected which is really bad for home stakers.
