Haven't had to go to a post office for a Postident in a while ... 📯

You can do it at home with the new  eIDs if you have a id card that was issued in the last few days. The card basically signs proofs over nfc(?) and tells you what it's signing.

No option to do so from the site. Plus I don't have a German ID. I am Greek

It's in the postident app, but perhaps the requesting service has to enable it? I was surprised for once how modern and automated the feature was. 

Ah its in my aufenthaltstitel or niederlassungserlaubnis or whatever card you have, I'm not German either :D

Heh we don't have any such thing. As European citizen I just use my passport

But NFC signing with an id card ... that sounds so nice and futuristic and NOT GERMAN AT ALL.
