i got a lot of floaties 🦄 🦄 🦄  and i staked a golden ham early on, but i never read the rules for tipping in ham and i'm still not clear on what the staking reqs are

imho this is a huge barrier to entry, the rules and allowances for each tipcoin are too varied and complicated, too many coins to keep up with
