This is honestly better than I expected for one of these “roadside” non-full-service hotels. Was 100% expecting to walk in and give this a 2.5 or something. Better than what you would find at most hotels like this. 

Decent treadmills
Dumbbells up to 50
Cable tower 
Clean, large windows with blinding sunlight

I had a similar experience. I went into a table tennis court that looked old, and there were a lot of experts there, so I had fun playing table tennis and learned a lot. ^^
