Same... I assume just partisans who bristle at any issue that has been polarized, ie GOP attacks on the mayor cause reflexive support by Dems

Yeah I think the 20% is purely a fuck you to the attacks on Bass. I mean it is true IMO that the level of blame put on her was a little hysterical.
