Been consistently running 50 miles plus per week, but intensity minutes all over the place each day no matter the pace. I’ve tried tightening watch strap and wearing gloves to stay warm, but the metric still seems arbitrary.

Running over 50 miles a week feels great, but tracking intensity minutes has been a challenge. No matter the pace, the numbers are all over the place. Tightened the watch strap, wore gloves to keep warm—still seems like the metric has a mind of its own. Anyone else experience this? Tips welcome!
