2024 running year in review: - Early May: Toronto Marathon: 3:08:52 (PR) - Mid May: Strides for Mackenzie 5K (2nd place, 18:31) - Late May: Sulphur Springs 100K: 11:45:xx (PR) - Late June: Sunburn Solstice (1st place, 124km while the sun was up) - Early August: Persistence Backyard Ultra (25 hours/yards, 168km, PR) - Early September: Haliburton 100M (DNF due to back pain @ ~80km) - Late October: Ed Whitlock Memorial Mile (2nd place Masters, 5:51) - Total running distance: 4,300km - Total running elevation: 60,300m
