what I remember most about 3 months of residence in Goa: 

•very cheap seafood. If you buy seafood at the market and come to the beach with it, then the in cafe will cook it for you (the cost is small)

•if you don't have a driver's license, you can buy one in Telegram (they  will be recognized by the local police)

•cheap black rum Bacardi 150 -200 rupees. And he good . White rum cost 3-4 times more

thank you) you can't imagine how many times they helped us out. in Goa we were stopped by the police several times just to check if we had a driver's license for the bike

yes and I was shocked that you can buy a driver license there. and everyone who comes for a long time does it. and it doesn't cost much at all 500 rupees as far as I remember
