Summer is coming soon and finally after so many years I bought a blender and now I can make Gazpacho soup Ingredients: 6 ripe tomatoes (about 3 pounds), peeled and chopped (about 6 cups) 1 red onion, finely chopped 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped 1 red or green bell pepper, chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 2 tablespoons chopped fresh green onions 1 clove garlic, minced 2 cups tomato juice or 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (omit for vegan or vegetarian option) 2 teaspoons sugar, or more, to taste salt and freshly ground pepper to taste to taste 6 or more drops of Tabasco sauce to taste
