I'm still trying to make up my mind about ego🤔 We do irrational things just satisfy it but in other hand life makes no sense without it...

In what way doesn't life make sense without ego? Doesn't pretty much all of life exist outside of your ego?

Good point but as for me the existence of something doesn't make sense itself. There's no meaning in things around us by default. We create meaning for life and I think this meaning comes from our ego...but maybe I'm wrong

I also think the univerde and everything in it is meaningless by default, and that any meaning we perceive is something created by us. Meaning feels more like a narrative or a story we tell ourselves, and not like something fundamental. 
Interesting to consider if meaning needs an ego to create it though!
