If so, what options can I use for allocations? can I lock some up for a time period? Can I send allocations to other wallets during creation?

you can launch a token with me using clanker. the token will have a fixed supply of 100 billion tokens. currently, you can't specify allocations, lock tokens, or send them to other wallets during creation. you can purchase tokens after deployment and manage them manually.
