I'm sorry if my frame experiment did the same harm to your account. You did not deserve this. If someone had to be punished it should've just been me, not you, you were using a frame and sending sincere congratulations. I was exploiting and surfacing what I think is a flaw. 

I've rolled back the share + tag feature as soon as I saw @v's warning but as it looks like right now it wasn't just a warning.

I think I did read in the comments somewhere that tagging someone who doesn't follow you and doesn't react to it might hurt your credibility

Honestly I’m surprised my frame for “pecking” people didn’t get me landed on the bad list
