Interesting! For me usability and community aren't sequential steps but rather coexist in Web3. Unlike traditional marketing, building with and for the community isn't just an afterthought but a fundamental aspect from the get-go. I do not necessarily agree, but I find it as a main difference between Web2 and Web3.
