Here's why I know capitalism is a dead end political system for humanity. People are beautiful and deserve life and dignity. We have the resources to achieve this. They just aren't being distributed according to need, they're being siphoned off by the capitalists. If we end capitalism and distribute resources by need, we can give every single human being a chance at a good, peaceful life. We can then focus on solving our other collective problems together. That is Communism. It seems pretty simple to me, in terms of vision and core beliefs. How we get from here to there is the primary political question for the majority of humanity. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2452292924000493#

I agree with your sentiment but re-distribution almost never works in practice. We can’t trust the powers that be to act responsible. After all they’re human too. Been researching mixed economies for the last couple of days for that reason.

Yeah I think it can only be done if the power is actually decentralized and based on participation of most people if not everyone in the governance and resource allocation process. How to accomplish that is an open question, many in crypto believe that it makes things possible now that weren't possible before without these tools. I don't think that's the main problem though. Surviving fascism, nuclear annihilation and climate extinction is the main problem now. If we can survive, I think better solutions and systems will emerge.
