Some thoughts on the latest topic de jour... The promise of Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) is compelling: a community-driven entity with no central authority, governed by smart contracts and automated decision-making. However, most DAOs today still rely on significant manual interventions, especially in the administrative and governance processes. To achieve the vision of a truly autonomous investment DAO, we need to rethink how these organizations are structured and run. Below are five critical components for transforming an investment DAO into one that is genuinely “autonomous.”
