Lately, my mental health has declined significantly and on some days, i’m able to get up and push through but on most days, i feel completely unable to function. i’m constantly overwhelmed and struggling really bad to keep up with everything going on around me. Because of this, i took a very needed break off the app, just to gather myself. I’m not there yet, but i know I’m going to get there soon and it’ll all work out. 
Just wanted to share because it lightens the load and i know i’m not the only one so others can feel comforted with me voicing out about it.
